Submitting feature requests through the Windows Feedback tool

windows-feedback

While looking to request a feature for our Edge browser, I was pointed towards the Windows Feedback tool, which is build into Windows 10. You can get to it by searching for “Feedback” in your windows applications on the start screen.

Specifically, I wanted to request the ability to mute individual tabs in Edge, as I’ve been working on an HTML5 video project. Sure enough, several people have already requested it from this tool, and I add to the request by upvoting that feature, as well as having a short window to enter text to further specify my request.

My peer in Tampa, Joe Healy, has also compiled a list of resources for you to submit public feedback on other services as well: http://bit.ly/msftfeedback .
