Dialogue is critical for not only personal relationships, but also professional ones. I enjoyed this book because it gives not only an overview of how to use their techniques, but also offers practical examples of how they can be used.
As I was reading I could visualize situations in my own life where these strategies would be effective. I’d imagine this would be effective no only for managers, but also subordinates in a business or technical environment.
It’s a short read, and I had the entire thing completed in about three hours. I didn’t find a need to highlight / markup the book however, because the key points are all summarized nicely at the end of every chapter.
I’m confident that this title will be an effective use of your time.
