I just returned from the annual Game Developer’s Conference in San Francisco after working at the Xbox booth, and we had several questions about our newly announced updates to the Xbox Live Creators Program.
The biggest change is this:
“Xbox Live will soon be open to all developers via the Xbox Live Creators Program – no concept approval required. You will be able to rapidly publish your game to Xbox One or Windows 10 (UWP) through a short and simplified certification process.:
This opens up the ability to integrate Xbox Live social experiences such as sign-in, presence, leaderboards, and more into your game.
